Contracted largely by the Insurance Industry to provide direction to clients relating to specific Hardware and Software requirements, and to better enhance a more efficient processing and communications environment.
We provide Hardware sollutions tailored to our clients specific needs, overseeing both the run-up, installation and integration to existing and newly configured networks, and working closely with our suppliers of Intel Based Range of Servers. Standards of workmanship and procedures are controlled with the sole use of TLCS staff. Full support to both Clients and their staff are provided on a daily basis, to maintain or overcome problems that may be encounted.
We are now one of the few contractors with the ability to rebuild, maintain or support the IBS Insurance System running under both Motorola or SCO Unix operating platforms. We also provide total support for the newer Windows based Insurance packages currently being used by numerous clients.
Printing solutions are provided by the supply and installation of the Lexmark Optra range of high end printers, other brands will be provided on clients requests providing they meet the required standards of quality and performance.
Networking and internet solutions are provided with considerable use of the MDaemon Email Server and Anti-Virus package for internal control, archiving and distribution to the desktop, we provide a number of protection facilities to protect clients hardware and data from malicious attack and maintain security. such as AVG, Norton, Fortigate
Continual testing of new Technologies is carried out so that Quality and Reliable Hardware and Software can be provided at current levels of manufacture. Software also is continually assessed so that existing packages used by clients can be maintained and perform a seamless integration.
